Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the information below. We will respond to your request within one (1) month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) , the supervisory authority for data protection issues in Ghana.
Children’s Information

Protecting children while using the internet is a priority for us. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Recovery Pathway does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.
